Job Summary: Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the project director is
responsible for overseeing and directing the lifecycle of the Rise Risley project. This
role involves coordinating project team members, managing resources, ensuring

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the overall coordination of project team members, management of

and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
6. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
7. Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders,
facilitate effective communication within the project team structure and foster a
collaborative and results-driven team environment.
8. Manage grants and contracts to include prepare and submit regular reports to
grantors, detailing project progress and financial accountability; ensure compliance
with grant terms and conditions throughout the grant lifecycle; monitor progress of
agreements and maintain agreement documentation to ensure fulfillment of
agreement terms including receipt and expenditure of funds.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (project management, business administration,
or other related field). The project director must possess at least three years’ experience in
business, non-profit operational and financial management, or related areas.
